She is currently co-chair of the Opiate Task Force Community Awareness Committee through the ADAMHS board. She is a member of the Cultural Humility/Health Equity Delegation, a committee that she initiated by gathering others in the community with this interest. She is board president for Cancer Patient Services. Carla was most recently a business relations director in sales for MLS Systems. Before that, she was the member services coordinator at the Chamber of Commerce. From 1999 through 2006, Benjamin was a marketing consultant with WFIN and WKXA radio.</image:caption>

He is a 30-year member of the Findlay Rotary Club, served 25 years on the Fifth Third Bank Board of Directors, was Dana Chair at the University of Findlay, and spent over 40 years with Columbia Gas of Ohio retiring as division manager. He was involved in Findlay/Hancock County economic development efforts during the 80’s and 90’s. Puck is very passionate about helping other individuals to gain success.</image:caption>

From 2013- 16, Baker has served as campus director for Brown Mackie College in Findlay. Baker received her bachelor of arts from the University of Toledo in 1978, her master’s in business administration in 1984, also from the University of Toledo, and her master of arts in Guidance and Counseling from Bowling Green State University in 1997.</image:caption>

An Indiana native, Chuck has made this community his home with wife Dee Dee and family. Since 1988, Ohio Logistics has grown from a single warehouse into 21 locations in five states with more than 275 employees.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Sheriff Michael Cortez Sheriff Cortez was elected as Hancock County Sheriff in 2024. Sheriff Cortez holds a Masters of Criminal Justice Administration and is a Certified Law Enforcement Executive. Locally, he has been involved with the ADAMHS Committee for CIT, Safe Ride Home, Century Health, Hancock County Crime Prevention Association, Fraternal Order of Police, and First Responders Wellness Coordinators.
